Volunteer Roles

Are you looking for a new challenge? Would you like to meet new people? Can you give an hour or two of your time each month? Do you have expertise that could help us?

Tolpuddle Old Chapel Trust has opportunities for enthusiastic volunteers who can make a contribution to our work to preserve a unique and historic building, and provide an amenity for the village and surrounding area. We particularly welcome young people keen to learn new skills and enhance their CV.

• A range of opportunities available including:
  • Stewarding during public opening times, telling the story of the Old Chapel (training provided)
  • Hosting clients who have booked the Old Chapel as a venue (opening up, welcoming, locking up)
  • Helping with routine maintenance
  • Website management
  • Administrative support for the Board
