Listed & Historic Buildings Skills Project

The warmer weather means we are now able to offer practical sessions using the traditional materials including lime and cob.

Saturday 20th June 2026, 09:30 - 14:30

Kate Edwards from Edwards Cob Building at Uplyme will be delivering this session, aimed at those living in and/or interested in understanding more about traditional earth (cob) buildings. The session includes looking at soil structure, making cob in the traditional way (by dancing on it!) and undertaking minor repairs on a cob structure in the village.
